Period condition:
  • • Request for refund of Proactiv® Solution purchases:

    • » 30-day kit must be submitted or returned within 21 calendar days after purchase.
    • » 60-day kit must be submitted or returned within 25 calendar days after purchase.

Product condition:
  • • Must return original packaging (box, inserts and sleeve including the Face the Facts Book)
  • • Each item (Renewing Cleanser, Revitalizing Toner, Repairing Lotion and Refining Mask) must contain at  least 50% of their respective solutions

Other conditions:
  • • Only the original purchaser can request the refund
  • • Refund is limited to one per household or family

How to refund?:

The Customer must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from Customer Service using the Proactiv Hotline Number below.

  • • The Customer shall send the Renewing Cleanser, Revitalizing Toner, Repairing Lotion and Refining Mask in its original packaging including all inserts and Face the Facts Book, together with the Watsons official receipt (original copy) or Dialcode sales invoice (original copy), to Top American Products Solution PO Box. 1064, Makati CPO 1250 via registered mail. Customer will shoulder mailing expense.

  • • The Customer must prominently write on the box the RMA Number given by Proactiv Customer  Service. We regret that any package without a valid RMA number will be rejected and the refund will not be processed. You must mail the returned Package within 5 days of the issuance of the RMA.

  • • Proactiv Refund checks shall be sent to Customer through registered mail if ALL of the terms and conditions of this limited offer are met.

  • • Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
